The quaint whitewashed villages of Binieca provide easy access to various resorts along the south coast as well as the capital, Menorca. A rugged coastline, golden beach, fisherman style village and plenty of restaurants, Binibeca offers relaxing Menorca at its best.

Binibeca Overview
Located towards the east of Menorca and south of the capital Mahon, Binibeca and the surrounding resorts seamlessly blend into one varied, large resort.
Binibeca and locally known as Binibequer, is made up of 3 smaller districts that stretch along the rugged coastline, Binibèquer Vell, Binibèquer Nou and lastly Cala Torret, from west to east. You also have the area to the west known as Binissafuller.
Binibequer Vell, or Binibeca Vell, features beautiful whitewashed fisherman village style houses all created by Antonio Sintes. The narrow streets, intimate feel and hustle and bustle as you wander around. Local stores, restaurants, ice creams and other amenities are concentrated around the central location.
Binibèquer Nou, further along the coast to the east is an area predominately focussed around accommodation with plenty of villas and apartments. Minimal amenities however a few restaurants to be enjoyed towards nearby the coast. Binibèquer Nou also features the main Binibeca beach.
Cala Torret is a small car free area to the south of Binibèquer Nou, featuring rocky coastline with beautiful views out to sea and a surprising amount of family run restaurants serving up delightful cuisine.
Lastly, Binissafuller to the west. A relatively large area which is mainly dominated by villas and local housing. However it does feature the small beach of Cala Binissafúller.
Binibeca Beach
Along the large coastline of Binibequer you’d think there would be plenty of beaches to visit. But that isn’t the case due to the surrounding cliffs and rugged coastline. That being said, there are some beaches in Binibeca you can enjoy along the coastline.
Towards the west and in Binissafuller you can enjoy the intimate beach of Cala Binissafúller. In the centre of Binibequer you have the small marina, Club Nàutic Binibèquer Vell, here boats can be pulled into land and set off to sea but no beach.
Heading along the coast you have Cala Tonijoan. Similarly, not a beach but a rocky, safe spot you can go for a swim to get away from the summer sun.
For the largest beach in Binibèquer, you will need to head along the coast towards Binibèquer Nou and the coastline to enjoy Playa de Binibeca. A medium sized sandy beach, with rocky terrain either side, perfect for a spot of snorkelling with the gentle waves lapping on the coast. You also have Los Bucaneros at the east end of the Binibeca Beach, a restaurant bar where you can enjoy some lunch and a drink as you overlook the Mediterranean sea.

Although 2 star, the reviews are excellent and brought down slightly by the facilities available. Binibeca Beach Villas
We appreciate with villa in the name it’s slightly deceptive being on our Binibeca apartments list. However, we thought we’d feature the Binibeca Beach Villas as with various villas on one site with a shared pool and self-catering facilities, it somewhat resembled an intimate apartment complex.

4 villas in total provide that relaxed, intimate feel but you have 2, 3 and 4 bedroom villas to choose from. All featuring various amenities including air-conditioning, fully equipped kitchens with appliances, utensils and kitchenware, private bathroom, living room and terrace.
Being villas, they don’t operate with the same star rating. Nevertheless they’re all beautiful villas, highly rated with a clear, fresh Mediterranean feel. All close to the beach and other Binibeca amenities.
